Yesterday Bill Owens did something I agree with. He signed the smoking ban into law. Yay...Colorado is smoke free! Starting July 1st, I can go to a restaurant and not smell the lingering cigarette smoke coming over the barrier between smoking and non-smoking. Happy days are here again!!!
